Company Construction & Reconstruction SV, PLC (C&R SV, PLC) is a full beneficiary of the former single-member limited liability company - Construction & Reconstruction SV, LLC.
The history of the company dates from February 1994. Since early 1995 Construction & Reconstruction SV, LLC has been very active in the construction business in the Republic of Bulgaria, and since the beginning of 1996 in the State of Israel and Zimbabwe, builds in Russia and Ukraine. Construction & Reconstruction SV. LLC has also been operating in the construction market as an engineering organization over the country and abroad. The best example in this sense is the execution of the building project New Bridge over the River Limpopo in Zimbabwe in 1995.
Since May 2001the majority owner of C&R SV, PLC is Construction & Reconstruction, PLC (C&R, PLC) formed in the year 2000. Since the spring of 2002 C&R, PLC is a majority owner of Energoinvest REMKO, PLC, the town of Vratsa specialized in the area of manufacturing and assembling heating boilers and installations, utensils under pressure, reservoirs and chimneys, metal constructions and equipment.
The Company is operating in the foreign construction, entrepreneurship, completing and reconstructing works, building and exploitation of projects, transactions with real estate and intellectual property, renting and joint exploitation of real estate.
Manufacturing and distribution of thermo insulation materials and food containers; analysis, valuation, consultations and engineering for power efficiency of building fund; rehabilitation of buildings.
The Company have its own production site in the town of Valtchi Dol, outside of Varna, town of Pravetc, bl. Busmanci Sofia end storehouse in bl.Lagera Sofia.
