Rehabilitation of buildings

The Construction and Reconstruction – SV team has been developing a building rehabilitation system since 1998.
In 1999 we established contact with the German company “STO-AG”, which has year-long experience in the rehabilitation of old buildings on the territory of Germany, as well as other European countries. During that same year, we invited representatives of the company to Bulgaria, where they presented their experience in old building rehabilitation. In 2000 one of our specialists attended a course in Germany, in methods and practices of building rehabilitation. Construction and Reconstruction – SV and “STO-AG” have an agreement for consultant assistance in cases of major rehabilitation projects.
During 1998-2000 we worked in direct contact with specialists from the National Center for Regional Development at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. We currently work with former NCRD employees, as well as other specialists, whom we employ as consultants for building rehabilitation problems.
Construction and Reconstruction – SV PLC has the labor potential for full building rehabilitation:
      - a team of workers for carrying out external thermal insulation projects;
      - a team for replacing external woodwork;
      - teams for replacing plumbing, heating and electric installation;

A frame contract has been prepared between Construction and Reconstruction – SV PLC and UACEG’s “Building Materials Department” for control and analysis of panel assemblies and for evaluating the condition of the construction of all types of buildings, as well as for the analysis of the systems of building rehabilitation used, and the completion of the required measurements in laboratory and site conditions.
